Warriors head coach Andrew McFadden is hunting for more experienced support staff, confirming on Sunday that assistant coaches Ricky Henry and Adam Mogg are to be replaced.
McFadden says the Warriors, who missed this year's NRL play-offs after finishing ninth, need more experienced assistant coaches.
"I'm a fairly inexperienced coach at this level and I recognised during the season that I need the support and advice of people who have been around coaching at the top level longer than I have been," he said in a statement.
Mogg, a former Queensland Origin star, joined the Warriors in May this year after McFadden replaced axed coach Matt Elliott in April, while Henry has been involved with the club in various roles since 2008.
"Ricky and Adam have both made great contributions and I'm grateful for all the support they provided," McFadden said.
"Adam has put his family first, which is only right. It hasn't worked out for him with his family being back in Queensland, so he has decided to head home.
"Ricky has been with the club for a while now and he really stepped up to take on more after I was appointed this year. He has been terrific."
McFadden said he hoped to be able to announce two new assistant coaches for the 2015 NRL season soon, but wouldn't comment on who might be in the running.
Media reports have suggested McFadden's former Canberra Raiders teammate, Tigers assistant coach Todd Payten, is a possibility.
