Opener Jake Weatherald and new skipper Jake Lehmann combined for a 171-run third-wicket stand to lift South Australia to a comfortable seven-wicket one-day cup victory over New South Wales.
The pair helped the Redbacks post 3-245 to pass the victory target with 71 balls to spare and pick up a bonus point at the WACA in Perth on Thursday.
It was a second consecutive forgettable showing with bat and ball for the Blues following their four-wicket defeat against Western Australia at the same ground on Tuesday.
NSW gave themselves a chance after the early dismissals of Alex Carey (5) and Callum Ferguson (15) left SA at 2-43.
However Weatherald and Lehmann were in imperious form throughout their partnership, only for the latter to be dismissed for 87 (off 97 balls) within sight of a century on his captaincy debut.
Weatherald continued to fire and brought up his fourth one-day century off 97 balls, before ending on 106 not out in a sparkling innings that included four sixes.
Earlier, NSW's top-order again failed to fire with only a gritty knock from opener Daniel Hughes (79) and rookie No.6 Jack Edwards (42) helping the Blues to a respectable 241 from 49.1 overs.
Hughes helped NSW recover from a rocky 4-64 only to suffer an unlucky run out as Adam Zampa deflected a ball onto the stumps at the non-strikers end.
Legspinner Zampa (3-37) took a wicket with his opening delivery of the summer, bowling Moises Henriques for 16 in an impressive showing on a pitch better known for favouring pace.
