WHAT'S IN THE BUDGET FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY:

* $2.1 billion into special savings fund to lock-in funding for national disability insurance scheme

* Funded by reviewing 90,000 people on disability support pension to see if they can work

* 30,000 of those considered ineligible to undergo medical assessments by government-contracted doctor.
