According to Deadline.com, series producer Fox Television Studios are finalising the deal for a sixth and final season, which will include six episodes.

In February, production was put on hold as bosses at USA Network and Fox Television Studios struggled to agree on a plan for the future of the show.

It has not been revealed when the final season will premiere.
