A wild elephant has been filmed climbing on top of a car in Thailand’s Khao Yai National Park.

In the video, the the huge elephant can be seen approaching the car and putting its front legs on the hood. It then hoists its back legs onto the car and crushes the bonnet.

The weekend attack was followed by another on Monday when a shop and a restaurant were targeted. It was not clear whether the same elephant was responsible for both attacks, the BBC reports

The aggressive behaviour was thought to be due to the mating season.

No one was hurt in either incident.
