Will the 'Slut Walk' help stop sexual harassment?

Thousands of women in fishnets and stilettos took to the streets of Brisbane and Melbourne to protest against sexual harassment. The Slut Walk is part of a global movement which started in Canada, after a Toronto policeman said women shouldn't dress slutty to avoid being victimised. Organisers say the protest movement aims to empower women to stand up for their sexuality and end a culture of blaming sexual assault victims. What do you think? Are women who dress 'slutty' at more risk of being harassed? Will this type of protest help prevent sexual harassment and rape?
