Batting star Kane Williamson will captain New Zealand in all three formats of the game.

The 25-year-old, named this month as Wisden's Cricketer of the Year, took over in February after Brendon McCullum retired.

He has been confirmed in the job by NZ Cricket, becoming the country's 29th Test captain.
