A Melbourne woman is in disbelief after a man armed with scissors dragged her from her car and drove off in it.
The victim, 49, was eating lunch in her car beside a Brighton East reserve on Wednesday when a man opened the door, demanded she get out, and then dragged her out.
"When it was happening, I was thinking 'I can't believe this is happening' - it was as if I was watching a movie," Anna told 3AW on Thursday.
