Woman in court over Sydney bedroom body

A second person has faced court on a murder charge, two days after a man was found dead in a western Sydney homer.

A woman accused of murdering a man who was found dead in a bedroom of a Sydney home will remain in custody.

Rhiannon Lisa Bloodsworth, 23, appeared at Central Local Court on Tuesday over the death of the 26-year-old whose body was found at a unit in Hebersham in Sydney's west on Sunday.

About 12 hours after the discovery, Bloodsworth was arrested with her co-accused 29-year-old Trent Errington at Central Station on Monday morning.

Both have been charged with murder.

Errington was also arrested over outstanding warrants on a stalk and intimidate charge and using a carriage service to threaten to kill.

Bloodsworth did not apply for bail on Tuesday and it was formally refused.

She is due to have her matter mentioned again in court on Friday.

Errington, meanwhile, is set to return to court in October.
