A Melbourne woman has woken to a stranger leaning over the top of her bed before her screams made him flee.
Sexual crime detectives believe the man entered through an open front window of the Hampton Park home and woke the woman in the early hours of February 5.
She cried out for her father and the offender, believed to be in his mid-teens, fled the house.
