Woman's body found in Victorian lake

A woman's body has been pulled from a Victorian lake but police said the death is not suspicious.

A woman's body has been pulled from Lake Daylesford in the foothills of Victoria's Great Dividing range but the death is not suspicious.

A member of the public found the body near the Bleakley Street bridge about 8am on Monday.

"The woman has been identified and her death is not being treated as suspicious," Victoria Police spokeswoman Natalie Butler said. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
