Woman's Day claims first Schapelle pic

Woman's Day is claiming to have the first photo of Schapelle Corby celebrating her freedom after nine years in jail.

Glossy weekly magazine

Corby is wearing the same black and white clothing and hat she had on when she exited Bali's Kerokoban prison on Monday, sans veil and holding a bottle of beer.

The photo is plastered across Woman's Day's website with the magazine's title emblazoned across the middle of the picture.

The photo is captioned as Corby standing with her brother Michael and the pair are clinking a bottle of beer.

Woman's Day's website says the picture was supplied.

The photo could be a major coup for the magazine as it is aligned with the Nine Network.

The Seven Network is believed to have brokered a deal with Corby for an interview with their investigative program Sunday Night.

The deal is also believed to have included a photo shoot and interview with one of Seven's affiliated magazines which include's Woman's Day's rival New Idea.

Comment was being sought from Woman's Day.
