Women allegedly groped during ultrasounds

An ultrasound operator is accused of aggravated indecent assault on women at a Sydney clinic.

A man who allegedly indecently assaulted three women while giving them ultrasounds at a Sydney clinic has appeared in court.

Samir Fahmy Ishak, 67, is facing seven charges of aggravated indecent assault on women in November last year.

Police allege two of the women had their genitals touched by the accredited sonographer at a North Sydney clinic.

He is also accused of squeezing one woman's nipples and touching the naked bottom of another.

A prosecutor on Thursday told a Downing Centre Local Court that expert reports and statements from other sonographers still had to be added to the case brief.

Ishak was in court for the mention but did not speak to reporters as he left.

The matter is due to return to court in June.
