Turkey has shot down a Russian warplane on the Syrian border, causing international powers to plead for calm as tensions soar between the two rival players in the Syria war.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands - European, US and Australian law enforcement officials have met in the Netherlands to plan a crackdown on illegal online markets trading in everything from drugs to child pornography.
