WASHINGTON — A Washington Post article about Khadija Ismayilova, an investigative journalist for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty who was imprisoned after reporting on alleged corruption involving Azerbaijan's president, Ilham Aliyev, and his family, incorrectly described the country as being in central Asia. It is in the Caucasus, next to central Asia.
