WP-Bloomberg correction: EMISSIONS

This correction refers to EMISSIONS (Warrick, Post), moved Aug. 1.

WASHINGTON — A Washington Post graphic accompanying EMISSIONS included a labeling error . Six states (Texas, Alabama, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Washington) were assigned the incorrect bar. A corrected graphic has moved and is posted online.
