The BBC has launched a smartphone and tablet app aimed at children aged six and under.
CBeebies Playtime is available on Android, Apple iOS and Kindle Fire and is aimed at the channel's target audience and their parents.
It features four games tied into the channel's shows including Alphablocks, Octonauts and Something Special, featuring Mr Tumble.
It is designed to allow children to play "in a safe and secure offline environment", the BBC said.
"Technology is firmly embedded in children's lives and has opened up opportunities to inform, educate and entertain them in new ways," said Joe Godwin, director of the BBC Children department.
"The CBeebies Playtime app is a great example of this, allowing our youngest audiences to learn through play and get even closer to the characters and shows they love, safely, whenever and wherever they want.
"We've also introduced several innovative features that let parents share in the fun with their little ones."
The app includes safety features, including password protection, to prevent children from getting online without adult supervision.
It has been designed to appeal to youngsters at all stages of development, including those with special needs.
