Unverified drone footage has raised concerns over the ongoing crackdown on Muslim Uyghurs in the far western region of Xinjiang.
A drone video – which appears to show blindfolded men being led from a train in China - has sparked outrage among social media users.
The undated footage – which one Twitter user has speculated might be from late-2018 – appears to show hundreds of men, most of whom are dressed in purple and orange vests with the words "Kashgar Detention Center" printed on them.
Twitter-user Nathan Ruser says he believes the video is real, but that it is from August last year.
Vision shows hundreds of men, who appear to be seated in rows on the ground of a large courtyard outside a train station.
The video has raised concerns over the ongoing crackdown on Muslim Uyghurs in the far western region of Xinjiang.
In the video, it appears as though the men’s heads are shaved and their hands are bound.
The men appear to have been blindfolded and are being watched over by police officers in SWAT uniforms.
