Liza Minnelli superfan responds to ex-wife’s appearance on Insight

On the 23 April 2024, Insight aired a program on Superfans. Many people on the program spoke about their fandom. 'Sue' spoke about her experience being married to a Liza Minnelli superfan.

'Sue' is not her real name. Her ex-husband spoke to Insight and we have included his response here:

He told Insight that he is a Liza Minnelli superfan.

He says he feels sorry that his ex-wife feels envy and jealousy and not the love that was expressed by her husband.

He told Insight that he too was a victim of the fraudulent promoter that arranged the fake Budapest performance, and also feels that Liza Minnelli was a victim of this scam.

He told Insight that his ex-wife was in charge of the finances for the Budapest trip and he had no idea how much the European holiday was costing.
