Kidney disease set to become major health crisis

A new report has revealed the world faces a looming health crisis with the number of advanced kidney disease patients topping 14 million over the next decade. With a chronic shortage of specialists and equipment, it's forecast little more than a third of them will have access to life-saving dialysis treatment and transplants.
