Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he "respectfully disagrees" with legal experts who believe there is a strengthening case to refer Peter Dutton to the High Court.
Constitutional experts including George Williams and Anne Twomey have argued the home affairs minister should be sent to the High Court over his personal links to publicly-funded childcare centres.
"I respectfully disagree," Mr Morrison told reporters in Canberra on Tuesday.
