PM disagrees with legal experts on Dutton

Scott Morrison says he "respectfully disagrees" with constitutional experts calling on Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton to be referred to the High Court.

"I respectfully disagree," Mr Morrison told reporters in Canberra on Tuesday.
