Uluru Dialogue Co-Chair Megan Davis has expressed gratitude to John Farnham for allowing the Yes campaign to use his iconic 'You're the Voice' song for their campaign video.
It's the first time the artist has let the song be used for advertising purposes.
Mr Farnham has said he hopes the use of the song will build support for the Indigenous voice to parliament and ring positive change to the lives of First Nations people.
Ms Davis says it's this important moment in Australia's history that Mr Farnham and his song have been waiting for.
"We're eternally grateful to John Farnham for supporting this ad and the movement. It he doesn't use this song lightly. As Tim Wheatley has said his dad and John have never agreed to us the song for something like this. But this moment, the moment of the voice to Parliament and this referendum is what the song has been waiting for."

National Party Leader David Littleproud says far more Australians would be likely to vote 'Yes' in the upcoming referendum if it was just about constitutional recognition.
It comes as Opposition leader Peter Dutton has promised to hold another referendum to recognise First Nations people in the Constitution if the vote on a voice to parliament fails.
Mr Dutton says he is against the current referendum, which would enshrine a voice to parliament in the Constitution, but would support broader recognition in the nation's founding document.
Mr Littleproud says the current referendum is causing divisions that a vote on constitutional recognition would not.
"There's a real opportunity. We think, unfortunately, he's already divided the country. If it had just been about constitutional recognition, I think this would have passed if flying colors. In fact, we shouldn't give up with that. If it if it does go down on October 14, I'm pledging my leadership to restart a process to make sure we do get the constitutional recognition."

Opposition leader Peter Dutton says the Labor government's decision to reject the bid by Qatar Airways to fly more services into Australia is ultimately harming Australians.
Qatar Airways flies 28 weekly services into Australia’s four major airports as well as an additional seven into Melbourne.
The Labor government denied Qatar’s request to expand its agreement with Australia to allow a further 21 weekly services to the major airports, saying it would compete with domestic airlines and impact local jobs.
Mr Dutton says this decision is putting economic strain on Australians, especially those with family living overseas.
"I think a lot of Australians want the best for Qantas because it's an iconic brand. But when you see the outcome that the the decision of the government to stop Qatar coming in to compete against Qantas, a decision made by the Prime Minister, it means that people travellers, Australians who want to go and see family or go for holiday overseas are literally paying thousands of dollars more for their airline ticket and I think that's unconscionable."

North Korean state media has published new images of the country's latest missile launch.
It has described the launch of two long-range strategic cruise misiles as a firing drill for a simulated tactical nuclear attack.
It says the missiles tipped with mock nuclear warheads landed in the sea west of the Korean Peninsula.
The launches are the latest in a series of missile tests and military exercises conducted by North Korea in recent weeks.

A new panel will oversee community consultations in the Northern Territory to ensure residents have their say about voluntary assisted dying.
It comes as the Northern Territory looks to reinstate laws overturned by the Howard government almost three decades ago.
In 1995, the Northern Territory became the first Australian jurisdiction to make voluntary euthanasia legal, but the laws were struck down by the Howard government.
Northern Territory Chief Minister Natasha Fyles says a panel has been formed to allow residents to contribute to the discussion about end-of-life care and possible changes.
The information gathered in community consultations will inform the development of a voluntary assisted dying framework for the territory.

He is the second Australian to do so, joining wildcard Rinky Hijikata.
The world No.13 overwhelmed 25th-ranked Jarry 6-1 6-3 6-2, securing the win in just one hour and 44 minutes.
