Growing support for the political far-right in a number of European countries including Italy, Germany, France, Austria and Hungary is being seen by some as the most important political development of the 21st century. William Galston, Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC tells Evan Young why there has been such a populist swing, and discusses whether or not it is here to stay.
