Kherson residents adjust to Ukrainian control again

Ukraine's nuclear power plant is once again under attack - though it's not clear which side of the conflict is actually launching that attack. Meanwhile the residents of the Kherson region of Ukraine are getting used to being back under Ukrainian control.
