New local COVID-19 case found on Perth's first day of lockdown

One new locally acquired COVID-19 case has been recorded in Western Australia as Perth and Peel regions finish their first day of lockdown. Premier Mark McGowan says the current quarantine system isn't working, and wants more Federal Government support.
