The US government says it will give Russia stronger punishments as it continues its war in Ukraine.
NATO's Secretary-General Mark Rutte says the United States is important to convince Russia to end the war.
The NATO boss is about to meet U-S President Donald Trump and says he wants to help him.
"I'm there to help him to deliver whatever NATO can do, me personally, the ambassador, all of us can do to help him to deliver on on that vision. And clearly going forward, I cannot now predict exactly what type of meetings in what type of setting will happen. But it will mean a lot of discussions with all the leaders involved, including the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, no doubt."

Russia and Ukraine have attacked each other with missiles, after a planned meeting between U-S President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin was delayed.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia’s attacks killed six people, including two children.
"Russia is not stopping and that’s why we have to do it together, all of us, European partners together with the United States, the pressure on (Russian President Vladimir) Putin. He attacked, just I've got the last details, we didn't know because we've been in the jet, they attacked kindergarten in the centre of Kharkiv, and God bless all the children."

Telstra and Optus, are warning customers some Samsung mobile phones may not be able to call triple zero for emergencies.
Chief Executive officer of the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network, Carol Bennett, 71 types of older Samsung phone that cannot properly connect to the Vodafone network when Telstra or Optus coverage is unavailable.
"But in an emergency where you need to connect to triple zero they would connect via the 3G network. So of course people's phones would still work and they'd think they could connect to 000 but you couldn't if the network, and the 3G network, was shut down."

House prices are rising at their highest pace in four years with Sydney about to hit a median price of $2 million by the end of next year
Domain economics chief, Nicola Powell ,says that prices will rise over spring.
"We're expecting prices to continue to rise over spring, and particularly around that property price cap..across all of the capital city for Sydney it's around $1.5 million and we are expecting price pressure to come in."
