The United States authorises Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children

The Food and Drug Administration in the United States has granted emergency use authorisation for children aged five to 11 to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against COVID-19. But millions more could be eligible as early as next week.
