Ukraine leader discusses Russia's potential nuclear threat

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is preparing its people for a nuclear attack, but the United States White House says it has seen no indication that President Vladimir Putin is planning to use atomic weapons. This comes as the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to human rights campaigners in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
