Qantas International CEO Webster resigns

Qantas International chief executive officer Alison Webster is stepping down, the airline says.

Qantas International chief executive officer Alison Webster has resigned from her role as head of the airline's overseas arm, the company says.

The Qantas Group announced Ms Webster, who was appointed CEO in November 2017, will have her last day on April 24.

Narendra Kumar, who is currently overseeing planning for key changes to the airline's long-haul fleet, will replace Ms Webster as Qantas International CEO until a permanent appointment is made.
