Nursery rhymes are for children, so it makes perfect sense that they're appopriate for federal politics.
Today in a speech for influential think-tank The Sydney Institute, Mathias Cormann accused Bill Shorten of being fiscally irresponsible. Or rather, he said he was, "wibble wobble, wibble wobble, jelly on a plate".
He's not the only one who's gotten creative in Canberra, and there's always an appetite for more, so here's Mark Humphries with Parliament Question Rhyme: classic nursery rhymes with an auspol twist.
