Exhausted communities reflect one year on

A year ago today, the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales experienced the worst floods in its history. In Lismore and nearby communities, homes, farms and businesses were destroyed, people mobilising in the face of disaster. Thousands are still living in temporary accommodation and the recovery and reconstruction effort is slow.
