Officer clings to moving car during dramatic police chase

Dramatic footage has emerged showing a US police officer clinging onto the roof of a suspect's moving car in Iowa. Carroll Police Department released footage of the 2021 incident after the suspect was sentenced to up to five years in prison on 11 May. Meanwhile, officer Patrick McCarty broke his back after losing his grip and falling from the moving vehicle.
