Breakout pop star Billie Eilish has been tapped to record the theme song for upcoming James Bond movie No Time To Die, becoming the youngest artist to do so.
The 18-year-old joins a long list of superstars to have lent their voice to the movie franchise, including Madonna, Paul McCartney, Adele and Sam Smith.
"It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way," Eilish said in a statement.
"James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I'm still in shock."
Eilish wrote the song with her brother, 22-year-old Finneas O'Connell, who she previously collaborated with on her debut album, When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?.
"Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we've been dreaming about doing our entire lives," O'Connell said of the news.
Eilish has had a huge year, nominated for six Grammy Awards this month, including Album of the Year and Best New Artist.
James Bond theme songs have a history of being nominated at the Academy Awards and Golden Globes (both Adele and Sam Smith won Golden Globes for Skyfall in 2012 and Writing's on the Wall for 2015's Spectre, respectively), so who knows, Eilish might just be on her way to an EGOT.
