The artists of Eurovision 2017: IMRI – “I Feel Alive” (Israel)

There ain't no party like a Eurovision party - and this guy promises to get it started.

Israel certainly knows how to bring the party and there’s no better way to close out the semi-finals than with a thumping ethno-infused dance/pop number.

IMRI is no stranger to Eurovision, having performed at the contest the last two years as a backing singer. Winning the Israeli national selection competition, Rising Star, will allow the unnervingly handsome IMRI to step out of the wings and graduate onto the main stage.

Get ready to put your hands in the air as “I Feel Alive” is an A-grade tune with clever little nods to remind you of its origin. Promising to “set fire to the stage”, this is the big dance song of the 2017 contest and is begging to be a theme for a forthcoming gay pride parade. An easy qualifier and a rank outsider to win.
