Vocal group OG3NE are the fifth act to be internally selected by the Dutch broadcaster to represent The Netherlands at Eurovision. Consisting of three sisters, OG3NE are well known in their homeland, having won the 2014 edition of The Voice Holland.

“Light and Shadows” is a truly family affair - one of its composer is the sisters' father and the song is a tribute to their very ill mother. A fabulous showcase of the girl’s voices and obvious harmonising talents, the song surprises with a random electric guitar burst before building to a tremendous final 45 seconds.

The Dutch have been shrewd in sending unexpected entries over the last few years and came within a whisker of winning the contest in 2014 with this strategy. Expect OG3NE to emerge from the semifinal shadows and vocalise their way to the grand final.
