Who made it through Eurovision 2016 Semi Final 1 - and who didn't!

After Semi Final 1 of Eurovision 2016, we have our first ten finalists that will be going through to the Grand Final of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.

18 countries took part in the first Eurovision Semi Final in order to qualify for the 10 places available in the Grand Final.

So who made it through?

Azerbaijan - Samra  'Miracle'

Russia - Sergey Lazarev - 'You are the Only One'

The Netherlands - Douwe Bob - 'Slow Down'

Hungary - Freddie - 'Pioneer'

Croatia - Nina Krajic - 'Lighthouse'

Austria - ZOE - 'Loin d'ici'

Armenia - Iveta Mukuchyan - 'LoveWave'  

Czech Republic - Gabriela Gunčíková - 'I Stand'

Cyprus - MINUS ONE -'Alter Ego'

Malta - Ira Losco - 'Walk on Water'

...And who didn't

Iceland - Greta Salome - 'Hear them Calling'

Estonia - Jüri Pootsmann - 'Play'

Montenegro - Highway - 'The Real Thing'

Bosnia & Herzegovina - Dalal & Deen - 'Ljubav je'

San Marino - Serhat - 'I Didn't Know' 

Finland - Sandhja - 'Sing it Away' 

Greece - Argo - 'Utopian Land' 

Moldova - Lidia Isac - 'Falling Stars'

The first ten finalists will take part in the Grand Final of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, along with host country Sweden as well as Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Another ten finalists will be chosen in the second Semi-Final - which is when Australia's Dami Im will perform.

The Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast on SBS’s Eurovision Weekend - Friday 13, Saturday 14 and Grand Final Sunday 15 May, 7.30pm on SBS, with LIVE early morning broadcasts from 5am on Wednesday 11, Friday 13 and Sunday 15 May.
