Episode 1:Shark Bay
Take a dolphin research yacht across the crystal blue waters, attempt to catch crabs and sail alongside dolphins and turtles. Then 4WD over golden beaches and red cliffs, visit the bush grocery and let Capes show you how to cook real bush tucker.
Episode 2: Wooramel Station
Hayden and Dan visit Wooramel Station where they wrestle sheep, herd and sort the goats, muster cattle from ground and air, skurf in the mud flats and share sheering shed stories and a meal around the campfire.
Episode 3: Carnavon
Surf, smoked mullet and exotic fruits and vegetables. Join Duc and his 200,000 tomato plants, enjoy a Vietnamese lion dance, celebrate and sing along at a traditional Tongan feast by the river. Get ready boys, the stars are calling!
Episode 4: Exmouth
Take a dive on Ningaloo reef with the whales then make an attempt to catch some crabs. The boys have more luck on the prawn trawler and gain a few surfing insights from a local.
Episode 5: Broome
Another attempt at fishing, this time on the beach, with a crash course in Numus. The guys then grab a few
mangoes, learn all about the Broome pearling history from Matriarch Pearl Hamagushui and cook a delicious pearl ceviche. They finish off by catching up with musician Steve Pigram from the famous Pigram Brothers Band.
Episode 6: Kununurra
Fly over Lake Argyle and the Bungle Bungles and feast on fresh Coolabah barramundi. Learn about sandalwood as Dan finds his favourite ingredient being harvested. Then, join the boys as they catch up with Indigenous students for an interview and a round of basketball.
Episode 7: Katherine
The boys discover a secret waterfall and are taught the craft of the bush. They're shown how to find
an Indigenous honey by the matriarchs, cook a lotus damper by the billabong, and try their hands at some fishing - with a prawn consolation prize.
Episode 8: North Queensland
Dan and Hayden find the best rainforest honey, visit an exotic mushroom farm, try and catch a few prawns, hand-feed a shark, nurse some turtles and have a reunion with Dan's Nona that brings up an old ravioli recipe and a few tears.
Episode 9: Whitsundays
Come aboard with Mel and Sandy and visit the islands of the Whitsundays at the tip of the Great Barrier Reef. Gather some farm fresh capsicums and Morton Bay bugs, learn to sail, visit an ancient
Aboriginal site, snorkel the reef and try to catch fish.
Episode 10: Bundaberg
The boys blend their own rum in Bundaberg, get a few surfing tips and source some banana flour. They then take a flight out over the Great Barrier Reef to Lady Elliot Island where Hayden catches up with some friends from his Marine Biology days and joins Dan snorkelling.
Episode 11: Noosa
The boys wrangle up some beautiful fresh ingredients such as Kimchi and Noosa Reds tomatoes, enjoy nature's gifts at Shambhala farm, scout for great surf and grind some coffee after a wave.
Episode 12:
Dan & Hayden get their hands dirty in Toowoomba. They meet sustainable farming entrepreneur Fiona and help with the milking & feeding the ducks & chickens, plus harvest organic blueberries.
Episode 13: Byron Bay
In episode 3, the boys take a gyrocopter flight over Byron Bay, surf with a barista and chocolate connoisseur, attend a hot-rock brew party, visit a gorgeous Nimbin goat cheese farm and learn trapeze at the circus school.
