Episode 2 (Entertaining) airs at 6pm on SBS ONE

Nigella on keeping it simple: "When you ask people over to eat, you're not inviting them to some grand Ambassadorial event. It's just your kitchen, your friends!"

French Food Safari

Episode 1 airs at 7.30pm on SBS ONE

Maeve on Marché International de Rungis: "Our safari into French foods starts at the world's largest wholesale food markets on the outskirts of Paris. Every night the huge Rungis Market pumps with activity. It's the size of a suburb with its own banks and post offices, cafes and restaurants, built around a series of monster halls, each filled with a different type of food."
