Episode 1- A Day in the Life
Welcome to Bondi Harvest! In this episode Guy shows us his Bondi, starting at his apartment where Guy makes a delicious summer granola with hasselback baked apples.
Then it’s under the waves with local free-diving legend Ian Pucko Puckeridge as the two jump in a tinny and skirt around the steep and spectacular North Bondi cliffs. Inspired by the ocean, Guy shows us how to cook an amazing seafood barbecue with a simple harissa and coconut glaze.
Finally the day is complete with catch up with friends and a beautiful mojo marinade pork taco.

Episode 2 - Summer Specials
Saturday mornings are a ritual for many Bondi locals - it’s market day. The early bird catches the worm so Guy and his mate Mitch hit the markets for the freshest “direct from the farm” produce. Guy chats to some farmers and buys plenty of great produce. Guy also gives his tips for getting the most out of farmers market shopping.
And there's always time to cook! Try a summer risotto, smoked salmon lettuce cups or chocolate ricotta cake.

Episode 3 - Quick and Simple
Finding time for a balanced diet is hard when there are so many demands on our time. What we eat and the way we eat it are often the first things to go out the window. In this episode Guy cooks some great time-saving meals that both taste great and help you to achieve a better balance, including kombucha overnight oats.
He also catches up with his mate and local pro surfer Perth Sandlick for a few waves and quick cook up of tartines 3 ways.
Episode 4 - Work Hard, Play Hard
it’s time for Guy to get in the kitchen at his family cafe The Depot in North Bondi. The commercial kitchen allows Guy to do what he loves the most - play with produce. This time, he's making potato rostï served with eggs on top, and cauliflower steak with beet hummus.
Then, when the work is done it’s time to party, as Guy hosts a bunch of mates and serves up the perfect steak with chimichurri salsa.

Episode 5 - Simple Group Cooking
As the sun rises Guy is already down at the beach preparing a delicious breakfast dish, shakshuka, for some of the famous Bondi lifeguards. Then it’s onto the boards to head out for a training session. Later, Guy is back in the kitchen to show us how to take the stress out of cooking for groups with his lamb and haloumi meatballs; then the family swing by for his simple seafood boil.
Episode 6 - Ethical Eating
Guy teaches us a few recipes that prove eating responsibly isn’t about limiting your options or forgoing flavour. He also meets up with Tim Silverwood from not-for-profit organisation Take 3 to talk plastic and ocean health. Recipes in this episode include a beetroot burger, miso chicken and a no-bake chocolate brownie.

Episode 7 - Health First
A healthy balance is what Bondi Harvest is all about so in this episode we focus on food for health. Guy meets up with nutritionist, author and mate Lola Berry to walk the Bondi to Bronte coastal path and talk health, then cook up a chickpea rainbow salad. He also shows how to cook perfect poached chicken. Guy also whips up homemade popsicles and some healthy elixirs and teas.

Episode 8 - My Favourites
In this episode Guy is cooking his go-to crowd pleaser recipes, including baked doughnuts, octopus salad and jerk chicken drumsticks. It’s also time to visit one of Bondi’s all time local crowd pleasers, Eugene Tan, founder of the gallery and blog Aquabumps, to talk about his photography, and his love of Bondi.
Episode 9 - American Style
Guy travels to visit his Bondi Harvest cafe in Los Angeles, and shows us how Aussie flavours are changing the food scene in the US. Guy heads to the Santa Monica Farmers Market for some in-season inspiration before cooking up a storm on the Santa Monica sand. Recipes include pannacotta with watermelon granita and coconut waffles.

Episode 10 - The Finale
In our final episode for the season, it’s time to launch the Bondi Harvest cookbook! After a foraging session, Guy prepares for the launch party with dishes including grilled pork chops with polenta. Guy also shows how to make a fresh, healthy poké bowl and stuffed salmon with broccoli and pickled avocado salad.
