On the 15 September 2016 Mr. Kyaw Lin Tun was convicted by the court and sentenced to 2 years imprisonment with hard labor but the victim was not satisfied and has appealed to give full maximum sentenced under this crime.

An 18 years old girl was abducted by Mr. Kayw Lin Tun in 2015 and held for a month. She was chained, beaten and sexually assaulted; the girl's mother reported the case to the police.
