The fighting between Karen National Union (KNU) and Myanmar army has resume while the ceasefire agreement is in place.

The latest fighting began in early March when Myanmar army moved into KNU's Brigade 5 area to rebuild an old road.

The two groups have tried to resolved the problem but the meeting was canceled and fresh clashes have resume.

About 2000 Karen people fled from the fighting.

Our reporter Tin Tin Hlaing finds out whether the latest fight between the two groups could have an impact on Myanmar peace process.
