桂花是非常香的花,用來沖茶或整桂花糕都十分清香美味。但原來桂花加上酒釀,便會做出另一種風味的甜品,李太同楊蕙而介紹這香甜QQ的桂花酒釀地瓜圓甜品,包你喜歡。


材料:酒釀2湯匙,薑汁2茶匙,桂花糖1湯匙,砂糖4茶匙,清水1杯250毫升。

地瓜圓:黃肉、紫肉蕃薯各一個,蕃薯粉15克,生粉15克,赤砂糖60克。
