雞翼用來煎、炒、蒸、焗、炸均可,也是用多種方式烹調都可以令一家大細吃得開胃的食材,再加上西檸的酸酸甜甜味道,一定令大家食指大動,李太與楊蕙而為你介紹簡易製作西檸雞槌的方法。


材料: 雞槌6隻,生粉3茶匙,植物油2茶匙。
醃料:薑汁酒半茶匙,雞粉半茶匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,鹽半茶匙。
西檸汁: 青檸汁3湯匙,吉士粉2湯匙,西柚梳打汽水200毫升。
