今個星期五就是農曆五月初五端午節,李太與楊蕙而會於節目中,介紹端午節的應節食品,而且是屬於素食的蓮子什錦粽。


材料:長糯米600克,清水1杯,鹽1湯匙(平滿)

餡料:蓮子、花生仁、栗子、淮山、百合各40克

註:棕葉20片、棉繩10條
