喜歡日式料理的朋友應該聽過以明太子為名的日本菜式,但是明太子究竟是甚麼食材?李太與楊蕙而推介這味明太子泡菜年糕海鮮鍋時,亦會介紹甚麼是明太子。


材料:
中蝦6隻,帶子6隻,生蠔6隻,花蛤10隻,清雞湯6杯,韓國泡菜450克,椰菜半個,豆腐4件,韓國年糕300克,明太子200克,芫茜碎及蔥花各適量。
調味料:砂糖,麻油各適量。
