豬寸骨你食過未?究竟是豬的哪一個部位?李太與楊蕙而為你介紹這個富大漠風味、十分惹味的豬寸骨菜式。


材料:豬寸骨6件,蜜糖適量,孜然粉適量,蒜茸2湯匙,蔥花適量,紅椒1/4個 (切碎)。
醃料: 乾蔥茸2湯匙,薑6片,紹酒2茶匙,生抽1湯匙,鹽半茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,老抽1/2茶匙,砂糖半茶匙,孜然粉1茶匙。
