蕎麥麵主要以蕎麥粉製成,跟壽司和天婦羅一樣都是具有代表性的日本料理。除了可以用蕎麥麵來做湯麵外,也可做涼麵,加埋味噌湯與鮮蝦,更加相得益彰,請聽李太與楊蕙而介紹。


材料:

清雞湯6杯,蕎麥麵125克,中蝦250克,西蘭花1棵,清水1/4杯,味噌2湯匙 ,薑蓉2茶匙,蔥絲1/3杯。
