榜上有名！近三成电讯服务投诉直指国家宽带网NBN

统计显示，越来越多澳洲人对国家宽带网络（NBN）的服务感到不满。

报告显示，在过去一个财政年度，全国有接近一万宗投诉涉及完全不能上网及电话无法接通的问题；另有接近四千宗投诉涉及上网速度缓慢。

联邦政府认为，当前处理投诉的机制无法正常运作，需要进行改革，并建议向那些表现不佳的电讯公司处以罚款。
