Emotional abuse: the hidden crisis of Australian children

Emotional abuse of Australian children is the most common form of child abuse and it is increasing. However, a new study shows that only half of Australians would report suspected child abuse to the authorities. Mental health experts are therefore calling for greater awareness of the hidden harms of emotional abuse and its profound effects on young people's lives.
