In cooperation with the Ballarat International Photo Biennale, the photo exhibition "Ich werde Deutsch" by Maziar Moradi will be opened today, on the 1st of March 2018 at the Goethe Institute in Sydney. The Iranian-born photographer, who grew up in Germany, studied at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) and has received several awards for his photographic work. In his series "I'm becoming German," Moradi documents important experiences of immigrants, who have made them aware of their existence in two cultures at the same time.
